Policies and Restrictions:

• The D1 Solutions Body Shop Management Platform is a required component for all other services
• Closed Work Orders retain photos for 6 months
• Closed Work Orders retain data and documents until ether the work order is deleted or when services with D1 Solutions are cancelled and/or closed
• Pricing is based on each physical shop location
• Body Shop customers have access to the Customer Portal for 3 months after a Work Order is closed
• Dymo label printer and labels are recommended for printing vehicle bar codes.
